We believe it's important to consistently take steps towards ensuring all event units and suppliers meet our sustainability requirements and therefore insist on the following:

• Prioritising a team and supplier list that are local to the festival

• Team and suppliers briefed on recycling points

• BioPak biodegradable glassware on public facing bars

• All soft drinks and water served in cans

• No single use plastic

• All packaging from recycled or recyclable materials

• Zero unnecessary travel for staff or products and we encourage our team to car share to events where possible

• Wheelchair accessible bar points

• Visibility training to identify special requirements of visitors and to take a suitable response
